Another "Country" fiasco

 The 2014 CMA Awards aired last evening.   Being fully aware and repulsed by the deevolution and decline of "Country" music  I myself did not watch.   However my West Coast correspondent Ben Charman sent me a series of vm accounts of this dire fiasco.    After listening to his scathing voice mails  I was compelled to look up some of these "performances" on Youtube.

     
        Having looked up segments of the program I was as predicted quite disturbed.   Without going into detail I will simply say the  "Country" industry is a bombastic spectacle.   One thing of note is the cross marketing that has become so prevalent.   Pop stars like Ariana Grande and that Bass bimbo Meghan "tramp" Trainor singing with Little Big Town and Miranda Lambert.   All I can do is sigh and say "what  Nonsense!".       And they all clutch their Bibles and say Thank You Jesus.   I hate to break it to you vulturing hypocrites,  "Jesus ain't pleased!"    Jesus is with Johnny Cash and George Jones looking down upon y'all with major disapproval!!!
